tk4 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and tk4 ("we", "us", or "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the tk4 website at tk4.asia, including all games, betting services, promotions, payment facilities, and customer support services available through the platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on tk4, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the platform. These Terms should be read alongside the tk4 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the agreement between you and tk4.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the tk4 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tk4 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register or use the platform under any circumstances. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person (individual) acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, or any non-human legal persons may not register accounts on tk4.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or otherwise voluntarily restricted from accessing gambling services, whether via tk4's own Responsible Gaming tools or through any external self-exclusion scheme.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information at the time of registration and must promptly update such information if it changes. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of tk4, or an immediate family member of any such person, with respect to real-money play (promotional participation restrictions may differ and are set out in individual offer terms).

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services on tk4, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number and to choose a secure password. By completing registration you are confirming that all information provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 above.

• Each mobile number may be associated with only one tk4 account. Any attempt to create more than one account using the same number, the same device, or the same payment method will be treated as a multiple account violation. All accounts beyond the first may be closed, and any balances or pending bonuses in the additional accounts may be forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. tk4 will never ask for your full password by email, telephone, or live chat. You must notify tk4 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access or operate your account. All bets placed and all transactions conducted through your account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised them personally.
• tk4 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle. You agree to provide government-issued photographic identification and any other documentation reasonably requested by the tk4 compliance team within the timeframe specified in the verification request.
• Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or bet activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. tk4 will attempt to notify the account holder prior to reclassification. Dormant account handling, including any applicable administrative fees, will be communicated in the dormancy notification.

tk4 may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an account or close an existing account without being required to provide a reason, provided that any legitimate balance held at the time of closure is returned to the account holder via the most recent verified payment method on the account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

tk4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary based on your location and account status. tk4 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are beyond tk4's control.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply on a per-transaction and per-day basis and will be communicated within the payments section of your account dashboard.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account or mobile wallet registered in your own name. tk4 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit found to have originated from a third-party account will be reversed, and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the tk4 finance team. Under normal operating conditions, withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed within 5 to 30 minutes of request confirmation. Withdrawal timelines to Visa and Mastercard may differ and are subject to card network processing times outside of tk4's control.
• tk4 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant, where the account's betting pattern has changed materially, or where a KYC review is ongoing. Withdrawal requests will not be declined without reasonable grounds.
• Funds deposited into your tk4 account must be used for gaming purposes on the platform. tk4 is not a banking institution and your account balance does not earn interest. You may withdraw your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions in these Terms.

In the event that a deposit is credited to your account in error, you are obligated to notify tk4 support immediately. Funds credited in error remain the property of tk4 and must not be used. If such funds are used before the error is corrected, tk4 may reclaim the equivalent amount from your account balance or from future deposits.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Free Spins

tk4 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all tk4 promotions unless stated otherwise in the individual offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed any required KYC verification steps. tk4 reserves the right to exclude specific players from promotional eligibility based on account history, betting patterns, or other compliance-related factors.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the individual offer terms. Unless specified otherwise, the default wagering requirement on tk4 bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated while a bonus is active are subject to maximum withdrawal limits which will be set out in the individual offer terms. Winnings derived from free spins are typically subject to the same wagering requirements as bonus cash.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Unless the individual offer terms state otherwise, bonuses that are not used within 7 calendar days of issue will expire and be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• tk4 operates a strict anti-bonus abuse policy. Activities such as bonus hunting, arbitrage betting to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinated play between multiple accounts to exploit promotional terms are prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

6. Gameplay and Fair Use

All games available on tk4 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game represents the theoretical long-term payout percentage and is not a guarantee of the outcome of any individual session. Game results are final and cannot be reversed or altered after the fact.

• You are responsible for ensuring that you understand the rules of any game before placing a real-money bet. Game rules are accessible within each game interface. tk4 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• In the event of a technical fault, server error, or game malfunction during a betting round, the affected game round may be voided and any stakes placed in that round refunded to your account. tk4 will not honour payouts that result from a verifiable software malfunction that produced an unintended outcome.
• Sports betting odds are set by tk4's trading team and are subject to change at any time before the relevant market is closed. Bets accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement will be honoured at those odds, provided the bet is not subsequently found to have been placed in error or at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing feed malfunction.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without notice, including during an active sporting event, due to factors such as score changes, red cards, injuries, or data feed delays. Bets already confirmed before a market suspension will stand, subject to the outcome of the event.

tk4 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on information that was not publicly available at the time of placement (insider knowledge), that exploited a manifest pricing error, or that was placed in bad faith with the intention of circumventing the platform's terms. Voided bets will have their stakes returned to the player's account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tk4. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of any balance or pending withdrawals, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on tk4, whether under your own name or under a false identity, or assisting any other person to do so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, interact with games, claim bonuses, or conduct any other activity on the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event, including but not limited to match fixing, chip dumping in poker-style games, or coordinated betting to exploit market inefficiencies.
• Using the tk4 platform for any money laundering activity, including layering transactions through the deposit and withdrawal system, or otherwise using gaming activity to obscure the origin or destination of funds.
• Exploiting any software bug, game glitch, or unintended system behaviour to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report any such issue to tk4 support immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour towards tk4 staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

tk4 may suspend or close a player account at any time in the following circumstances:

• Where there is a reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Where a KYC or age verification request has not been satisfied within the timeframe specified in the verification notice sent to the account holder.
• Where tk4 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a competent authority.
• Where a player requests voluntary account closure or self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools available on the platform.

Where an account is closed by tk4 for reasons other than player-initiated voluntary closure or confirmed prohibited conduct, any remaining balance that has not been subject to a forfeiture determination will be returned to the player via the most recently used and verified payment method on the account, typically within 5 to 10 business days of the closure decision.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the tk4 platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, data compilations, and software, is the proprietary intellectual property of tk4 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, upload, post, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the tk4 platform without prior written permission from tk4. Any unauthorised use of platform content may constitute an infringement of copyright and other intellectual property rights and may result in civil or criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk4 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, or statutory, in connection with the platform and the services provided through it. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, tk4 specifically excludes liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, loss of profit, loss of data, or other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the tk4 platform, including losses resulting from platform downtime, game malfunctions, or delayed payment processing.
• Any disruption to platform access resulting from factors outside tk4's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, mobile network congestion, government-directed service restrictions, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, statistics, or data displayed on the platform, which is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute advice of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tk4's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by tk4's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

tk4 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have rights in relation to your personal data, including the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of the personal information tk4 holds about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact tk4 support through the platform's live chat or via the contact email address listed in the Privacy Policy.

12. Responsible Gaming

tk4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• tk4 is strictly an adults-only platform. No person under the age of 21 may register or use the platform. Players are required to confirm their age upon registration, and tk4 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time.
• Players may set deposit limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods through the account dashboard at any time. Self-exclusion is also available and, once activated, prevents access to the platform for the duration specified by the player, with a minimum self-exclusion period of 6 weeks. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Your continued use of the tk4 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting tk4 support. tk4 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
